Can I order for same-day delivery?

Every bouquet is made to order with fresh and premium flowers. We require orders to be placed 24 hours in advance to ensure we have the best flowers available for you!

Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver?

You can find our delivery areas on our Delivery Suburbs page. If your suburb isn’t listed, just reach out to us via email, Instagram or our Contact Us page for a quote.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick up is available by request from Hawthorn East. If you’d prefer to collect your flowers, just send us a message via email, Instagram or our Contact Us page, and we’ll share the details and guide you through how to place your order for pick-up.

What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?

If no one is home and we’re able to leave the flowers in a safe location, we’ll go ahead and do so. All our flower bouquets come with a little water source at the stems to keep them happy and hydrated for up to 12 hours if left unattended upon delivery. However, some properties, like apartments, may not allow flowers to be safely left outside. Also, during hot weather or heavy rain, we won’t leave the flowers unless it’s completely safe to do so.

In the event that the flowers cannot be delivered, we’ll return them to our studio in Hawthorn East. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our location (free of charge), or we can arrange redelivery (a re-delivery charge will apply based on your area).

What happens if I provide the wrong address and delivery cannot be made?

We understand that mistakes happen. We’ll do our best to get in contact with you on the day of delivery to try and determine the correct address. If we’re unable to reach anyone, we’ll contact you to arrange a redelivery (redelivery fee applies).

I have provided the wrong address, what should I do?

Don’t worry - as long as you email us at hello@blossomstories.com.au or send us a message on Instagram with your order number and name before your delivery date, we’ll update the details for you.

Can I request delivery at a specific time?

We deliver between 9:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday. While we can’t guarantee exact timing due to our daily routes, let us know your preferred timeframe, and we’ll do our best to make it work! If your flowers must be delivered outside these hours, we’ll be happy to organise a special delivery for you (additional fees may apply), just reach out to us via email, Instagram or our Contact Us page.

What time will my order arrive?

We deliver flowers between 9:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Delivery times depend on our schedule for the day and your location. We’ll send you and/or your recipient an estimated arrival time on the morning of your delivery day so you/your recipient knows when to expect your flowers.

Can you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we can! However, some hospitals have restrictions on fresh flowers, so we recommend checking with them before placing your order.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient and delivery fees vary based on location. The cost of delivery will be added to the cart once the postcode has been entered, from $15.

What special instructions should I include?

Feel free to include any helpful instructions to ensure your flowers are delivered smoothly!

For example, if no one will be home, let us know your preferred spot to leave the flowers (e.g., front porch, side gate, etc.). If you’re ordering for an apartment, please include the apartment number and any specific entry instructions.

The more details you provide, the better we can ensure your flowers are delivered as planned. This helps reduce the chance of delivery issues and ensures everything arrives safely.

Can I request specific flowers in a bunch?
