Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered or collected.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the arrangement. If photos are not provided, we may be unable to process a refund or replacement. Please note that a photo will be required for assessment, and replacements can only be provided if we are able to collect the original flowers at the time of redelivery.
  • As flowers are seasonal, there may be slight variations from the images shown on our website. We cannot offer refunds for natural variations, but rest assured, every bouquet is crafted with the same care and beauty.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind or design preferences.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. 
  • We do not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 72 hours of the delivery date.
  • Blossom Stories reserves the right to refund, exchange, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Delivery Issues

  • If an incorrect address is provided and delivery cannot be completed, we can arrange a redelivery at an additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for undeliverable orders due to incorrect details.
  • If no one is home to receive the flowers and no safe place is available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges apply).
  • In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient. At all times your details will be kept confidential.
  • If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.
  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability are non-refundable.

Nature of Flowers & Product Variations

  • Flowers are a natural, perishable product, and their lifespan depends on the variety. Some blooms last longer than others, and factors like temperature and care can affect their longevity.
  • Flower availability is seasonal and market-dependent, so not all arrangements will be exactly as pictured. We may substitute flowers while ensuring a similar quality, value, and overall aesthetic.
  • While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, colours may appear differently on screens due to varying display settings.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that there may be discrepancies between the images displayed and the final product, including flower substitutions due to availability.
