For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “You” and “Your” refers the client, visitor, website user or person using the website. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Orders & Payments

  • Full payment must be received before order fulfillment.
  • We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.
  • Flowers are seasonal, and availability may change. We reserve the right to substitute flowers while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement.
  • Promotional discounts apply only to product orders and do not include delivery fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Price

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Delivery

  • We make every effort to deliver on the specified date; however, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • All delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient's postcode. If an incorrect postcode is selected, we will request the difference before delivery.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery has already been attempted, we are not responsible for the lost order.
  • If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, an additional fee may apply.
  • All undeliverable items will be sent back to our studio in Hawthorn East. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our location (free of charge), or we can arrange redelivery (a re-delivery charge will apply based on your area).
